By downloading, installing and using Wacky Hill Dash (the "App"), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
2. License
We grant you a personal, non-commercial right to use the App, on these terms:
Do not copy, modify, distribute or resell the App
Do not reverse engineer or extract source code
Do not use the App for unlawful purposes, cheating, or to interfere with ads (for example clicking ads yourself)
3. In-App Purchases & Ads
Wacky Hill Dash is free to play. The App shows ads through Google AdMob to keep it free, including rewarded ads you choose to watch in exchange for in-game rewards.
One-time: coins, gems, premium paints and ad removal
Coin / Gem packs
Consumable: adds coins or gems to your in-game balance and can be bought repeatedly
3.2 Payment & refunds
Payment is charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account when you confirm the purchase
There are no subscriptions and no recurring charges
Coins and gems are for in-game use only, have no cash value and cannot be transferred
Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies; we do not process refunds directly
When you change devices you can restore non-consumable items (Remove Ads, Starter Pack) through your Apple/Google account. Coins and gems already spent or stored on a device cannot be restored
Prices may vary by region/currency as set by Apple/Google and may change over time; new prices do not apply to completed purchases.
4. Content & Data
4.1 Intellectual Property
All design, code, artwork and audio of the App belong to us or our licensors
Users may not copy or redistribute the App content
4.2 Your Game Data
Game progress is stored locally on your device and not sent to a server
We are not responsible for loss of coins, gems or progress if you uninstall the App, clear its data or change devices
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
The App will run uninterrupted or error-free
Rewarded ads will always be available
Compatibility with every OS version or device
6. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:
Loss of game data caused by you deleting or uninstalling the App
Indirect damages arising from use of the App
Payment or refund issues handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play
The content of ads supplied by third parties
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms, including prices and the contents of purchasable items. Changes take effect once posted on this page.
8. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam.
